Room and apartment: Well lit, clean and tidy, fully furnished. Equipped with electrical appliances and kitchenware. 

Housemates: two friendly working expats (male and female), we share the living room, kitchen and bathroom (respectful and considerate with regards to this).

Furniture in the room: Bed frame, mattress, working desk, shelf, mirror wardrobe etc. & electrical appliances (air purifier, compact heater, 4K monitor etc) could be acquired at a relatively cheap price.

The tenant should be: neat and tidy, responsible, respectful and open to communicate.

Note: Renewal of tenancy agreement is needed. Agent's handling fee + stamp duty totaling HKD1600 are required. If you want to leave before the contract is up, we're flexible.
