Can someone help with case in MoJ because of unpaid loan.

@Digbick69

I understand your concern. Since you've missed three months of payments, you're facing a penalty. To clarify the next steps, I'll outline the general process:

1. *Pay the outstanding amount*: You've already paid the judicial cost (500 SR). Now, focus on paying the remaining 5,000 SR to clear the outstanding balance.

2. *Check your account status*: After paying the 5,000 SR, verify your account status on Najiz to ensure the payment has been updated.

3. *Wait for the case to be closed*: Once you've cleared the outstanding balance, the case should be closed. You might receive a notification or an update on Najiz.

4. *Verify your credit report*: After the case is closed, check your credit report to ensure the issue has been resolved and your credit score is not affected.

To ensure a smooth process, consider the following:

- Keep receipts and proof of payment for your records.

- Regularly check your Najiz account for updates.

- If you're unsure about any step, consider consulting with a financial advisor or a lawyer.

Please note that this is general guidance, and specific procedures might vary depending on your location, the court, or the creditor.

I just wanted to ask in behalf of a friend who also missed to pay more than 3 months of his tasheel loan. MOJ texted him to pay the full amount in 5 days but he failed to do so. Now he got another text notifying him of the issuance of an invoice for legal costs amounting to 830 SAR and then another text that it is not possible to file an objection to the judicial cost Document No. _____. I just want to ask advise on what he should do next? He also had travel ban now and his salary account was put to hold. Please advise if any of you here experienced the same, what did u do? Thanks.

Can also someone answer me here? I want my travel ban to be lifted. Moj already deducted the full amount of my obligation in my bank account 2 days ago but still the ban is there. Does anyone know how can I make the travel ban to be lifted ASAP? Because I have an urgent situation in my country and I only have limited days of vacation and cannot reschedule the leave because the company will not allow me anymore. Hope anyone can help me please.. ðŸ™ðŸ™ðŸ™ Thank you

Dear Shiella,

Thank you for your message. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to settle your dues based on your situation:

🔹 1. Check the Execution Case Details:

Visit the Najiz portal:

Log in using your Absher account.

Go to “Enforcement Cases†(طلبات التنÙيذ).

Open your case to see the SADAD payment number (رقم السداد) and total amount due.

🔹 2. How to Pay the Remaining Balance:

You must pay through SADAD, not directly to Tasheel.

Open your bank app or ATM and choose:

SADAD Payments

Court Services (وزارة العدل)

Enter the execution SADAD number from Najiz

Pay the full balance including the judicial fee (500 SAR)

🔹 3. Payment Breakdown:

The total SADAD amount includes:

The loan balance owed to Tasheel

Judicial execution fee (500 SAR)

Any additional administrative fees

No separate payment is needed for the 500 SAR — it’s included in the SADAD total.

🔹 4. After Payment:

Keep the receipt or screenshot of the successful payment.

Within a few days, the system will update the case as paid.

You can then request an “إÙادة بالسداد†(Proof of Settlement) from Najiz if needed.

If you’re still unsure, you can also call the Najiz Customer Service at 1950 for assistance in Arabic or English.

Let me know if you want help locating the SADAD number on your Najiz account.

Best regards,

Asif Sharaf
