I am working for 7 months in Oman with one of the company
My contract is 2 years
Now I want to resign
Please suggest do I have to pay any expenses to company and who will give ticket to return back to home.

Before resigning you have to think 100x. I feel the same, I am in a point where I want to give up my job because of so many reason. Are you ready of the consequences of resigning?

Hi Qarnalam123,

you have to go by what your employment contract details, as stated in the case of employee's resignation. That would be the official version of course.

Dear Friends,

Pls advice, Friend of mine came to Oman in job offer from India with 300 basic salary which was offer to him on the companies letter head, However wen he got his first month salary tat was only 150 RO.

He checked his salary in the official Manpower web portal, it's only 150..how can he claim the salary and he doesn't wish to continue due to this..pls advice
