EP/S pass rejected 3rd time

Ganeshnath Gosavi

Hello Readers,

Does anybody here on the forum, whose visa got rejected in spite of submitting 3rd party document verification as per MOM guidelines?

Document Submitted as below:

  1. 3rd party education document verification report (Valid/Positive)
  2. All required experience letters
  3. EP/S Pass application form
  4. all criteria related to the job posting were fulfilled ( As per information from my employer)
  5. Salary and S pass Quota are valid

Still, my S Pass got rejected, and my employer is saying MOM is not ready to inform or disclose the reason.

I have few doubts as below:

  1. Previous employer feedback (I was in Singapore from 2019 to 2021)
  2. Any credit card payment overdue or nonpayment
  3. Any other issue

If anybody facing the same issue and how to resolve to get S pass approval OR anybody already got approval despite of having the above issues, please advise me.

Thank you

@Jasmine1987  Thank you for your reply, No my contract was never terminated, I have taken the proper exit with correct and valid documents. Yes, I have checked with CC bank and some amounts showing overdue. I am applying for the finance sector. Any idea or thoughts on whether I can get EP/S Pass? Any body has similar experience? Kindly share your thoughts.

  • Your previous employment could only have a negative influence, if the employer lodged a complaint against you with MoM. You said that was not the case.
  • The credit card debt could only have a negative influence, if the bank sued you in court. You indicated that was not the case.
  • So I think your rejection reason is different. Perhaps your skills are simply no longer needed? Or you had bad luck and all three rejections were due to employer issues?
  • In any case, after three unsuccessfull attempts, you should also consider other countries to work in!
