during probation u can leave the company without any due. that why probation is there empoyer or employee to have three month before make a permenant employee.

48 hours per week or eight hours per day. It will depend on your employer and company policy.

Hello

i worked in Maldives during 6 months and due to new job offer also in Maldives I resigned. Now my new employer can鈥檛 still apply for my new work permit becouse previous employer didn鈥檛 cancel it yet, I ask them to cancel but they take time and not following my request and I have to start in new company soon, there is any law that can protect employee for such cases? What I can do to cancel it so new employer聽 can make new one? Thank you in advance
