Hello

I have a serious problem regarding the procedure for learner license.I completed my application online and was given a date to go to Caserne .
Once i reached there they completed the formalities of payment etc

but they did not tell me properly when should i go for the audio visual test.

the officer mentioned a date "3rd" but am not sure if she was talking to me or her colleague as they were having a conversation at the same time.
when i asked her what should i do next she told me to go home.

when i reached home i received a mail that my application was registered聽 and mentioned聽 my tracking application number

can anyone explain to me what should i do as am feeling really stressful about this situation.

Hi,

Can't help you much as it looks like the procedures have changed a lot over the years.

What about the e-mail you received? Are there no information on it about the date you are scheduled to take the test?

If it's not the case, then I would suggest you phone the division there and give them your name and application number to inquire.

Hi Nya, Usually what you did was the usual procedure of filing your dox and getting yourself queued up for the visual test. I believe that the date given to you is actually the date for the visual test.

I would suggest to look for the appointment date for your visual test either by giving them a call or directly go there if you are doubtful. The test is usually given with a lead time of 3-6 weeks depending on cases. Be atleast 30 - 45 min ahead of your appointment time. As soon as you crosses the main entrance kiosk, the visual test room is on your first right. You will see a bunch of people sitting and gathered near a door, just ask anyone there.

Meanwhile, relax, take a chill pill and learn the basics while getting tanned on our loving beaches! Cheers聽
