How long is a piece of string ?. It all depends on -

1)Your nationality (Turkish I presume ?)

2)The company you will work for, International or NOC

3)What you haggle for

4)What's included in the package, ie accommodation,medical insurance etc.

I have been asking around and the only answer I have got (I am a senior network engineer, with 15 years experience) is that I am not getting paid enough

1- Turkish
2- International
3- I have no idea
4- Accomodation + Insurance included.

If it is not so personal tell me yours

You must have some idea of what the going rate is or how much you'd want to come here ? And you said it's a Libyan firm in your 1st post, then you said international in your second.

Mudman - sorry for mistake, I meant in Libya. Company is Turkish-Russian joint venture.

Salaries depend so much on where the empolyer is headquartered.

Working for an American firm, as Director of IT, the monthly salary expectation is in the 15,000 euro range.
