They mostly want to make friends. Give them a chance to be friends then you'll know whether they are real friends, it's aslo a chance for you to have those real ones. Just talk and share what you have known, i guess they will share you lots of things that you haven't known yet... be open my friend...

u can't tell who they are by just staring at them.

get to know him/her.
if you have met through a common friend ask that friend about him/her .
